As with most investments like this the minute details don't matter so much its getting broad brush strokes right that make you the money.
The details of how much money to who and when have been known from announcements for at least 1 yr, for outsider shareholders more like 2 years and for insider shareholders, well they hatched the plan 3-4 years ago.
It's extremely late in the game to be adding it up like it matters. The money is hitting the company bank account.
But... that means they can go spend it on a new project. Whether that involves more DTR or not who knows. I suspect and hope not but we'll see.
The potential, the reason to own this, from here, is for the tight as truck register, who it includes, and what the new project will be.
