Yes, I had the same issue. Now see that my transfer is no longer "processing" and has finally been received at the other end. I also note on their website that they have put up a notice, including the following:
"We have some temporary processing in place to accelerate the withdrawal processing for the coins that are affecting users the most..."
I am really a bit disillusioned with the whole Cryptopia exchange. Thought it was fantastic when I first signed up, but now am a bit cautious... doesn't help that their communication skills have a lot to be desired!
