Mentioned this before that I know this company intimately as it took over a client of mine struggling a few years ago. Then it inherited a lawsuit for a few million when one of the lifts it acquired failed and killed the passenger.

This company saved me to the tune of close to half a million and I have watched it ever since but it has done nothing. I believe that the market may respond positively to the latest announcements and pretty sure it will become a market darling once people compare it with COA.
