RMS raised money at an opportune time when its share price was running, due to the VanEck debacle and a 6 month period of sector buoyancy, to fund expansions which it has now implemented, not to meet debt and liquidity constraints due to failed operations like DRM is doing right now. If you read the final link on RMS that you posted the company was foreshadowing 150,000oz production in FY2018 as a result of the cash injection (raising). Looks like they are under promising and are over delivering as today's presentation has FY2018 guidance at 200-210koz at around $1150/oz.
Also when RMS raised $25 million they already had $50 million in cash and no debt not a festering $23 million net debt that has failed to be dented in 6 months like DRM has. Your arguments are facile.Esh
