Absolutely a screaming buy and it looks like the market agrees with me today and not you.
At Fridays price there's an EASY 10-15% rise in a matter of weeks......that's called an amazing buying opportunity as is CBA & WPL right now as well (not quite the 15% rise though but easy 5-10% in each of those as well).
