Gotta say...... Colin looks like the cat who got the cream in that video...... I have never heard him speak before but I definitely like his style. In my experience South Africans are particularly cunning, savvy and thrift in their business dealings and my confidence in the chappies turning a dollar on this project has increased enormously after hearing him speak.
I don't mind a little speculation myselfand I still believe the Korean government will tip some serious coin into this if the numbers stack up.....
