You claim no major loss but there must be some concern that a director is jumping ship on the supposed cusp of a big cobalt deal that he was heavily involved in.

The 40k a year was his board fees, he would claim significantly more in bonuses for pending deals.

While I agree that he no great loss to the overall business, he was the visible leader in cobalt (now copper) play. Hopefully Mueller can realise what Brewer failed to.
