Ask yourself, why did Brontech give away 20% of their business?
I don't think they sold it to cash in $1m or out of goodwill.
Do you think that had any hope raising capital in order to expand if they weren't connected with a listed company? If so, then we should expect OOK to dilute us along the way. Hopefully not at these prices.
