SGP has secured strong earnings for the next few quarters atleast.... in light of the facts your statements are shallow and not backed by evidence
Yes markets do overreact (on the way up as well as down), but to suggest that SGP will tank without any justification is looney
In saying that... there is limited upside to all REITs for now
