A few great queries & comments being thrown around in recent days, so hopefully all driving more exposure. I'm a seed investor in this case, as liked the company fundamentals and am holding. Just on the announcement, and my interpretations....had a few points of my own to share:
- Sales & Revenue target projections grow exponentially and based on conservative estimates yrs 1-3 where they will use this time to establish networks and working examples....growers & farmers come, see, like & hopefully buy....this sales plan should work well in China which is a $1trillion agriculture market.
- R&D work seems very solid given testing results & having being conceived out of the Israeli Chief Scientist Technological Incubator program / Innovation Authority...
- Don't forget its in USD, so ~AUD24M ..and does not include the patented IBC technology (yet) so perhaps so scope to grow.
- Essentially quadruples its initial revenue potential with Dagan (in China) alone during Yr 1 and WHAT I REALLY LIKE is they have gone from selling them the RZTO technology (for AUD323K) just only last week and now partnering as a distributor for next 5 yrs....shows confidence and strategic vision as they have liked what they've have seen (& ordered), and now seemingly fast tracked a commercial relationship (perhaps before any others consider???)....
- Dagan HQ in Israel but has a huge global footprint. This has potential for them to grow their China operations, and there would be much more than US19M in it for them over 5 years.
- Trying to better understand the link b/w distribution and sales revenues, as USD3M during years 1-3 for the distribution rights which will include MIN agreed sales volumes, and any additional physical unit sales would be on top. Using the $323k purchase for 8 units as a as very simple example, works back to an average of ~$40k/each, or needing only 25 units pa to hit a $1m/pa target assuming similar type units. Seems very achievable and supports the conservative projections.
- This weeks been a challenge for most stocks as perhaps timing of the announcement not ideal, but would have to an extent worked ok in getting some attention, as it was holding up well for most of the worst day (prompting people to research). Their volume this week have been up also, highlighting ROO's potential as a robust stock in choppy markets.
- The basic content in the announcement regarding the size & appetite of this market amid constraints with having to feed 3x the # of people per unit area of land is in itself staggering. Seriously considering topping up ...openly admit am not huge on charts though and having others check the "technical's" for me, however any other feedback welcomed. Also solid when a stock can hold much of its daily gains, as it did on Tue...I was impressed, and on decent volume, another strong statement in this company's early but solid start where its getting on with the job of product development, forming partnerships, growing revenue & not just talking about it.
