Meng goes again ...

Mr Xianhui Meng has lifted another 5mio shares bringing his tidy ownership of Uscom to around 17%.

I spoke to the company last week and Rob was in China all week with Meng, meeting distributors and building on the strategy, and if the recent purchase from Meng is anything to go by I think they’ve had a successful week.

This is a huge milestone for a company on the cusp of a monster year. Tightens the register further with long term money. Hey are fully funded now. Let’s hope there is a bit more love for this under the radar stock as I think we are well poised to do well from these levels.

I thought the quarterly was impressive and that was without Meng around. Record cash receipts and a backlog in orders to be filled this quarter setting us up for another big few months. Enter to the frame Mengs introductions/distribution channels and onshore government influence. I would like to hear more on the digital health front.

We are trading sideways until enough eyes get on this stock and risk off markets globally settle down. Like anything on the ASX these days it needs a story and the hype will build regardless of fundamentals at times. Uscom now needs the story to spread, the numbers are there, the product is there and the register is really starting to look sensational.
