Read the fine print- TMT are paid by 3dp for their coverage Utility's rarely use lidar point clouds, they use classified or processed lidar. Once classified the point cloud Is rarely looked at again so I doubt they would pay 5 figures per month to have the point cloud available on line. In addition as utilities collect corridor lidar of the easement around their lines it it highly unlikely anyone else would want to use this lidar so there would be no future sales of this point cloud.
