If SVM only had a SVM hat on banksy this project won't progress. Just trying to say from the govt - environment - local villagers it has to be done correct to benefit all parties not just share holders - SVM themselves or corrupt officials.

Anyway I'll leave politics out in the future all be it paramount cause Muthy is on record saying Malawi has no resources and he has done absolute zip re the new mines and minerals bill - absolute zip in anything mining. The EITI was a separate entity - the new mining bill funded by European aide - the mining cadastral system and aerial geo mapping by European aide.
It's all amounted to no progress on the ground because of the current govt.

Malunga is on record in that post you pasted saying pretty much the same.

Anyway time will tell as always but I would consider a change in govt would be a good thing for Malawians in so many aspects.
