I think the reason why IDX forced the Acquire learning stuff to be included, is so that they can use it to scare their shareholders. Many of them would not know or do the research to find out.
I have found most of the articles AFR has run on the bid so far, to be quite anti CAJ. They seem to be being fed info from someone with a bias, or maybe it is just seems more “journalistic” to be negative.
Isn’t it a Chinese curse - “may you live in interesting times”.. The volume and price today seemed to suggest the market liked the bid.
