There is no way in the world someone on a $200k contract could earn $14m plus in sales bonus’ over a two year period. TNE has been a successful company for over 20years. This is an ambit claim of the highest order.
The claimant has picked a time when TNE is under pressure, and no doubt his lawyer believes everything he says. This same lawyer acted for Amber Harrison and no doubt believed everything she said. The outcome for Amber has not been great for whatever reason and I see stories that she is now virtually broke.
Investors need to think about the circumstances and track records of all of the parties involved and the likely outcome of any claim. I will bet on Adrian in this case.
