I am never sure of how the SP will be affected, but if they have to pay him I think it will be less than $14.8m. Not sure if it will be covered by insurance like the BCC drama. I don't think any sales manager can get 95% customer satisfaction. He has good lawyers and the case is being tried in Melbourne, which is probably the best jurisdiction for a bullying and unfair dismissal charge. I think it will be a major distraction for T1 though and certainly doesn't help their reputation. If you look up T1 on Glassdoor, it seems there are many reviews that bullying is rampant at T1.
