Are you saying, there is a (free) in-specie distribution and also a paid offer ?

The prospectus and application form I got, said I had a priority entitlement to apply for an entitlement of shares at 20c each. The number of shares offered was about half the number of DIO which I hold which I guess would be around 1 for 27 of the pre-consolidation DIO's. The entitlement was for less than $2k and the form said I could attempt to apply for additional Lodestar shares to round up to $2k worth, I guess 10k Lodestar shares.
