Here is what I understand.

1. I applied for a truckload under two accounts and recieved 25% (and I was almost first in with Comsec applications)
2. I recieved all my entitlement.

Some people will not take up their entitlement (maybe lack of cash in some cases) - this "shortfall" is reallocated to the extra shares that shareholders are after.

Both Bell Potter and Commsec have a huge oversubscription.wanted.

Bottom line is that all my friends who wanted large holdings (shareholders) are dissapointed as they have recieved a small portion of what they
