I'd not be too unhappy personally if the offer fades into distant memory, and more energy and focus is spent on bedding down the very good (imo) recent acquisitions and newly opened clinics we currently have.

The IDX "bit too big a bite for comfort" attempt at a takeover was not the type of sensibly ambitious growth I had in mind when I decided to stay invested post the disastrous JC era.

And the uncertainty is weighing heavily on our SP without doubt, leading folk to question AH's judgement more than they may have 'til now!!!!!!!!!!!

Nevertheless, it would not surprise if there is an extension announcement at close of business today, though that very fact of "late" decision making itself is further cause for concern, when other signs of recovery have been indicators of clear, well planned and executed business decisions.
