Justinmetals bought shares during the Macquarie SOA anticipating the historical record of passive shareholders blindly obeying instructions from CEO / Board would happen and he would get cash plus the bond allegedly covering future drilling success in Dukas ( ? ). Better educated, more analytic, organised shareholders defeated the SOA and Justin was frustrated and angered. He continues to fume about it and ignore objective evidence of continuing arbitrary obstructive behaviour by CEO. Perhaps he has early dementia to ? A number of people did the same thing and are now waiting to lunge for the exit when drilling begins and get something less than 20 cents. It may have a similar effect on the share price as the recent Macquarie selldown - they have way less shares than Macquarie so the impact should be briefer. After that the share price will begin rising again and the continuing higher share price will be known and maintained. The age of the activist shareholders began decades ago in USA and is well established here now - Justin and other trapped traders are operating on out.of.place and out.of.time values and ideas. Is there a retirement village / nursing home catering specifically for former stockmarket investors ? Perhaps they could get a group discount on admission ?
