I am guessing lockett was kept on as they need someone with heavy media seperation experiance for Harts range and keysbrook now all hands are in Kalimantan. The number of projects these guys have that are all coming on stream in a similar time frame would mean they will need as many experanced management as they can get their hands on, and you cant just put an add in the paper and get someone with locketts experiance despite what one may think of his share dealing practices.
