69 mil shares at 3 cents is only just over $2mil so definitely a mistake. But 69mil shares at 4 cents is $2.7mil but the announcement outlines $2.5mil raising with costs and a breakdown showing the use of $2.2mil. Considering it took so long I would expect better!!!
