However you can't concede BCL is out, you are still clinging to hope "what if their expired EL is never expired, it is granted" ... what rubbish
RTG, OK Tedi, actually any other resource company other than BCL, has more shot at securing an EL in Panguna in the next 2 years, than BCL
I suppose BOC management haven't had to do much since 1989, so what's another 2 years wait when you're getting paid for it
