Someone correct me if wrong but after reading the 3b, isn't the 4c the avg (4c 'with' the one to one)? The placement appears to be at 3c and the options are at 5c expiring 2020. Happy for someone to correct me as I'm no pro at interpreting these. But if that's the case my thoughts change re impact on sp.
