unfortunately your comments carry no supporting evidences, and its great to see you make such unqualified comments
my experiences with high wealth asian business people is nothing like yours.. and as for them all spending $30 mill each to defend a court judgements that cannot be defended?? what exactly did they spend that on??
firstly, the only possible opportunity the sanston 3 in singapore had to to stop this process and have a judgement ruled in the singapore court was for them to appeal the australian ruling
that has not happened.
as for your comments they can now defend the judgement that we now have. impossible, you are talking complete nonsense. they cannot stop an immediate bankruptcy application ,the courts have ruled and there is not appeal, what on earth are your saying?? present your comments with facts G.O.
as for sanston, any action taken against them by xstate or current shareholders would be done after this one is completed.
as for alvares and dempsey, any further processes would require a permit application being put in first, and then you would have to wait 80 days or more for that.. anyone seen it put in??
as for cash position, wait for the quarterly..
well done on PCL, great to see you made $300 profit .. but you could do that again with XST..
but you dont believe in instant cash, which is exactly what a settlement is.. instant cash..
