Thats interesting Spectrader. I have asked ASIC to comment on the notice I mentioned in my previous post as your post reinforces my (laymans) view there may be something not quite right going on here. I find it incredible a company can circumvent the Corporations Act 2 strikes legislation, if in fact that is what is happening
