..... dont forget they have the know how. They know the mine exactly. Drilling results, investigations from the beginning. This is valuable intellectual property. RTG has nothing. (the investigations from the beginning are also in another country.) RTG does not have the knowledge and they have to invest a lot of time and money.I do not know how to do it faster than BCL Unless they just want to mine gold without creating jobs for the people.
