Westminster Resources Peru Copper asset sale

I reckon the agreement is going to be signed in the next few days as I found this:

My name is Mark Carruthers. In response to your question on Westminster we have been given conditional approval by the Venture Exchange in relation to the transaction and are currently going back and forth with the exchange in relation to making a number of amendments to the concessions 43 101.

I hate to put a time line on things as it’s completely out of our control but I would anticipate the stock to become free trading in early February.
