While commissioning maybe complete it doesn't necessarily mean the project is over and there will still be closeout and ascon etc to be prepared for the client. There would likely be an official opening with dignitaries etc and photo opportunities that will be undertaken.

Also seems to me that when EMC are involved things don't tend to come through the pipe as you would expect. They are 100% owned yet still operate as EMC rather than CCE I thought the whole point of the buyout merger was to be unified company seems there may still be integration issues. Unless of course EMC will operate as it's own entity - although I didn't think that was supposed to be the case. It's very late, limited sleep today so maybe I'm not thinking straight on this.
