Ahh nice, you worked out their average. I was contemplating it but thought id leave it for next week. Do you mean after the RI their average could have been 0.081 pre consol?

Maybe they are all for a restructure, consl and recap etc, because as you said thats the only way they'll see a return of their investment. Maybe they just didnt like this particular set of terms and acquisition. All prob isnt lost and at least its another shell to follow that is looking to restructure.

Also bare in mind they are a MASSIVE multi billion dollar Asian conglomerate, im sure they know a bit about M&A and company restructuring. Lets face it, this deal was pretty destructive for LT SH. But unfortunately the best recaps usually are
