Yes you’re right. I just checked and it appears the meeting was long planned to take place at 10am on January 18th.
Haha, if it’s hijacked by protesters, presumably they would probably be angry shareholders who are unhappy with the consolidation. That scenario seems very unlikely.
Perhaps there was a power struggle amongst shareholders? Disagreement amongst board members? Maybe the vote was inconclusive? Hmm... Who knows a lunch for some backdoor discussions may fix that
