What happened today?, page-5

Hi all

There will not be any ruling until either Thurs this week or Monday next week.
A few of us turned up, Julie, Rigormortis and another gentleman ( not sure what his HC name is) and myself.
The hearing went all day and the Judge was generous allowed us an opportunity to make submissions and ask questions. Rigormortis and the other gentleman did a great job. We represented ourselves.
I think the other side was not too impressed and thought it would be a mere rubber stamping formality.
I believe we managed to raise significant questions and table information and the Judge was very interested in what we had to say.
Whether it ultimately influences the judges decision and/or recommendation, time will tell, however at least allot of important stuff has now been put on the record.
I dont believe Mathew Woods or KPMG are any friends of the shareholders.
All we can do now is wait.
