Therefore my guess is a scale back will apply.
The magnitude of the scale back I estimate to be between a one third scale back and a one half scale back roughly.
I suppose that applications for $15,000 will be scaled back to about $7,500 to $10,000.
I suppose that applications for $10,000 will be scaled back to about $5,000 to $6,500.
