How many MCR shareholders are there?

Knowing how many MCR shareholders there are can help with an estimate of the likelihood of scale back.
If there are less than 3,000 MCR shareholders, then I expect no scale back is the likely outcome.

The maximum number of shares that can be issued is 56,666,528 for $18,133,289.
If the average application were $10,000 this would allow for 1,813 shareholder applications before scale back began.
