Please note that I just received a call from Maurice Blackburn and they said that they will make a decision by the end of the month if they decide to initiate a class action lawsuit.
It is too early for them to represent shareholders in asking the Court on January 16 to extend approval of the DOCA to say May or June in order for the production cutbacks to work their way through the system.
If a ahareholder could send their attorney to plead for an extension for the Court approval of the DOCA it would be appreciated and a prudent move for all shareholders .
