You just don't seem to have any comprehension of the mammoth task in front of NTU to beneficiate such a low grade resource with its economics totally dependent on three minuscule components that are merely 0.008% Tb, 0.053% Dy & 0.004 Lu of host ore.

You put a tonne if ore in one end and you are trying to recover as much as you can of 0.065% of total mass out the other.

Several very experienced Met guys I've spoken to have suggested they'll be very lucky to get half, and that could take them a year or two, but I doubt they'll have that luxury.

You have really wandered into something here you have no understanding of, the IO references show that in spades.
