IMO
The new two Director appointments being related parties to TS, must mean that TS is still acting as a Ghost Director of IGS and he is appointing his own minions !
How long has IGS been looking for new project now ?
What if IGS looses its interest in Latin Gold ? All that SH $$$$$$ gone on mismanagement !
