None of this is particularly confidence inspiring

None of the present directors have served on an ASX company before

Two of them have been CEO's of substantial companies though

Stephen Johnston - Ex MD of Video Ezy
Frank Brown - Ex MD of MTV

These two need to move to provide confidence, and quickly.

Heard (on very good info) that some shareholders tried to oust MacKinlay, but were unsuccesful - as MacKinlay is apparently the main problem here - and it had the support of some 30% of the shareholder base (Excluding MOL) - in effect, the investment community

MacKInlay then "traded" Karantzis to save his own skin - although, he is up for re-election at the end of the month, and the investors want his blookd (Karantzis was NOT on the removal notice)

GIven that Karantzis resigned as MD of MOL, and now as MD of RMA, perhaps all is not as it seems.

Lets hope Zavos, Johnston and Brown can salvage this
