Mr Carroll may be correct. The limited time managing North America sales may not be a good representation of Mr S.....performance,but more than a year leading the international markets development and only delivering a couple of million in sales (where competition sells over 2B dollars annually ), managing the operations team and having significant manufacturing issues and delays for new product introductions ( as communicated to the market by the Yowie Board) as well as delivering double digit decline in sales while in charge of the North American business may be a potential better way to evaluate his performance.
