thought I'd do the sums on this as CBA have increased their holdings and have been actively trading the stock since MIN has declared its intent.
CBA holdings as per notice... 43,404,875 shares at todays close 88cents = $38.196 mil
MIN offer 1 for 21 AWE shares gives 2,070,000 MIN at todays close $22.01 = $45.560 mil
no doubt what CBA will be doing.
