I would have expected the HC admin to report what had happened to ASIC given by other accounts they were provided with evidence of fraud and market manipulation , and if ASIC had seen such a body of evidence one would have thought they would have prevented such a person from being a company director. And now such a person is issuing 'digital tokens' to get around the onerous corporation act. and mint cash for hot air.

Is this really the kind of civilisation we are building?
