On the company web site there is page under the investor area which covers corporate governance.

It was a interesting to read through the continuous disclosure policy.. this is an area which the company needs to improve on. a lot. The policy is clearly laid out.

The company should provide regular updates and disclosures on issues which could impact share price..

The company management needs to follow their own corporate governance policies for the benefit of all shareholders
