Well it looks like CZN has recently released drilling results and market has digested them, market cap flatlined at $18mil. On the other hand, SPQ less than $6mil MC with some recent upward momentum and about to drill with what seems to be quite a bit of sucessful historical drilling already done. Seems much more short/medium term upside in SPQ to me.
