Thanks for that Harvett, from what I have read thus far, it seems to me like NOX are trying to patent the active ( isoflavonoids) through a delivery method, that to me if they got it would be no protection at all for the actives, all someone would need to do is come up with a new delivery method using the same actives, maybe something like a patch using TPM delivery maybe?
This patent of a delivery method doesn't provide a great deal of protection for the active patent, what needs to be patented is the actives which are now out of patent, there is a way I believe, if they changed the active from a simple benzoporan to a super benzoporan then I believed it may be patentable again, KZA hold the patented method of doing this!
