achievements:

Summary judgement awarded in the Supreme Court action against Tanzil Hidayat, Chloe Kwok Yun Qing, Hong Hung Thiam and Kevin Lim Gunawan. The Court has ordered that those defendants pay the Company a total of US$33,187,960 plus interest, and all court fees to this point

moving forward, xstate imho has now a better chance of achieving its objectives in rolling out its oil acquisition program in 2018, a full year late, once it gets the court action finalised.

dempsey will be further tested and the engineering has to be solved, its noteworthy that the operator has backed right off on alvares entirely. nothing is going on there in the planning.

I thought that the reentry application for Alvares was going ahead as planed with 1Q 2018 as the target. Where did you get this new information from?
