OPT won the tender for a wave power installation in Portland Victoria. We CWE investors at the time thought that CWE should have been a shoe-in - finance was lined up and everything - but instead the Govt gave it to an American company that couldn't even get the project off the ground (although I believe the inventor of the OPT technology was Australian).
