    Carnegie absolutely fished for that reaction. A day before the last CR they announced Northam and, 9 days before was this little gem:

    Bump the SP from 6.6c to 7.4c and then the CR at a fake "discount" 6.7c. Then the big, long slide. Standard Carnegie operating procedure.
