    This article is disingenuous - the way it reads it is saying 100MW power delivered to the grid by 2019 and they would be reducing current spending by 50,000 litres of diesel per annum. They plan to deliver 10MW of power by 2019 - not 100. And for sure right now they are not spending anywhere near 50k litres of diesel per annum. Poor article.
