From what i have read from releases it will be a return of capital up to $2, probably $2. I do not expect to see any franking credits etc, just a straight return of capital which the tax ruling hopefully will allow to be deducted from the cost base meaning anyone who has held for 12 months will recieve immediate capital gains reduction if they sell.
