I expect if there is a CR it will be because the ROI is worthwile for shareholders to participate. Very simple. So if there is / or isnt a CR, shareholders should welcome it because either way you are going to be getting bang for your buck.

If they pull the trigger on the plant upgrade it will be because its a no-brainer, not because its marginally profitable if gold stays at 1700. So keep your pennies ready.
